Job Description

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in GoLang development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance GoLang applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code for performance.
- Mentor and train in-house graduates in GoLang, guiding them through best practices and development processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Skills & Qualification
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Experience with Open Telemetry (OTel) and Observability agents is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in developing, deploying, and maintaining microservices and APIs using GoLang.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
