Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online SST Foundation Lecture Faculty, specializing in teaching students from grades 4 to 8. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality online lectures, conducting interactive sessions, and facilitating engaging learning experiences to help students build a strong foundation in SST.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, Education, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive online lectures covering SST topics relevant to students in grades 4 to 8.
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, worksheets, quizzes, and interactive activities, to supplement lectures and reinforce learning objectives.
- Utilize various teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure student comprehension and retention.
- Foster a positive and supportive online learning environment conducive to student success and academic growth.
- Stay informed about current trends, developments, and best practices in SST education, and incorporate relevant innovations into teaching methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in an online or virtual setting, with a focus on SST instruction for students in grades 4 to 8.
- Strong understanding of SST curriculum standards, learning objectives, and instructional strategies for elementary and middle school levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in an online learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools, learning management systems (LMS), multimedia resources, and interactive platforms to deliver effective online instruction.
