Job Description
We are hiring Senior UI/UX Designer for Nissan Motor Corporation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in design or research roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the objectives and goals.
- Create a captivating and cohesive experience design that resonates with the target audience.
- Deliver high-quality design assets and deliverables within defined timelines and project or product requirements.
- Understand user and stakeholder needs, industry best practices, and emerging trends in digital and physical design.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate a keen eye for layout, typography, colour theory and other design foundations.
- Use style guides and pattern libraires for visual design, aligning with the brand strategy.
- Collaborate with experience content strategists and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.
Qualification
- Conduct user research to voice end users’ needs, understanding their pain points, challenges, behaviours, and thought processes.
- Experience contributing and using Design Language or Design System products.
- Visualize end user journeys, aligning the organization around opportunities to enhance experiences and drive business metrics.
- Conceptualize, draft, and pitch design solutions, highlighting challenges and trade-offs, while leading cross-functional collaboration to arrive at the best outcomes.
- Showcase your creativity through building wireframes and prototypes, to conduct usability tests and validate decisions.
- Leverage excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across products, engineering, and content creators, promoting aligned goals.
