Job Description
The Software Engineer will work closely with cross functional teams, QA teams and other development teams to ensure a timely and high-quality delivery. Person will have to coordinate and work with the members in a global team in an Agile way. We are looking for an individual that can apply discipline, create solid software products and be accountable for deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering field; a graduate degree is strongly preferred
A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Python software developer with a total experience of 2+ years
Roles and Responsibilities
Create, develop, and maintain the software code base of Credit products working in an agile environment.
Analyses and reviews system requirements. Uses requirement and other design documents to gain overall understanding of the functionality of the new or enhanced application.
Participate actively in the build phases, to aim at producing high quality deliverables.
Provide recommendations on product and development environment improvements.
Defect fixing & enhancement is the responsibility of developer.
Skills & Qualification
Python based full stack development, using FAST/ Django/Flask or other MVC frameworks experience is required.
Unit test case writing understanding is required
A minimum of 1 year of experience on cloud services like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is required
Experience in UI development using Javascript frameworks like vue js/Angular JS is good to have.
Source Control knowledge preferably Git/stash must have.
Understanding of DevOps processes including packaging, deploying, execution on docker or serverless is good to have.
Understanding of CI/CD tools preferably Jenkins is good to have.
Experience in agile is good to have
Willingness to learn & work on cross technologies is must have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
