About Company
Job Description
As a Backend Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect various systems, services, and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different components of our technology stack.
Education & Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, and containers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions that connect various backend systems, services, and applications.
- API Development: Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate communication between different systems.
- Data Management: Ensure the efficient transfer, transformation, and storage of data across integrated systems.
- Security Implementation: Implement security best practices in integration processes, including securing APIs, data encryption, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, front-end engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration and deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, APIs, and system architecture.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve integration processes and practices.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and integrity of integrated systems.
Skills & Qualification
- Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices related to system integration, such as OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and data encryption techniques.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Accountability: High sense of ownership and responsibility towards project deliverables.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Integration deliverables experience with integrating third-party services, APIs, or working on system integration projects is an added advantage.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
