Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Metabase and SQL, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, particularly focusing on revenue and account management. What will you do every day? The candidate will be responsible for examining account subscription dates and churn dates to derive actionable insights. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong numerical skills, who can translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and its related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
2. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
3. Experience in analyzing revenue and account tables
4. Ability to track and analyze account subscription dates and churn dates
5. Excellent numerical and statistical skills
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Skills & Qualification
● Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc)
● Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders .

● Telecommunications Software/Tools Expertise
● Expertise in using Metabase software
● Advanced proficiency in SQL
● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI)
