− Leader in implementing modern technology, best practices, and inspire others
− Design, development, and maintenance of custom tools/framework. 
− Review existing tools/frameworks, test automation, and suggest an improvement.
− Making conscious and thoughtful decisions after considering all options/solutions
− Own and drive large scale project testing end to end, across various teams
− Define test strategy based on system architecture, design, and integration. Identify test bottlenecks 
and suggest a resolution.
− Implement, monitor, and improve engineering best practices – CI/CD pipeline, Code coverage, Code 
review, coding guidelines, etc.
− Implement tracking metrics for defects and bugs within the QA family
− Demonstrate creation and implementation of automation strategies and best practices across the 
larger teams.
− Coordinate with DevOps, developers, product manager, and offer inputs on the testability of 
functional/non-functional elements and product designs. 
− Use your in-depth knowledge of testing and automation to mentor and guide other engineers
− Debugging customer problems, RCA, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports. 
− Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives.
− Drives changes to engineering practice with well-reasoned arguments. Shapes the direction of 
systems design with less experienced engineers. Breaks down delivery and knowledge silos in their 
teams
− Research test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
