Job Description
- Develop complex individual and group training courses and activities for employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.
- Completes the development of new course materials. May also identify, evaluate and obtain training programs and materials from external vendors.
- Demonstrate and apply a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
- Successfully apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
- Demonstrate knowledge of organizations business practices and issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or related fields
- Additional qualification / certification in learning and development domain preferred
- 10 to 12 years of experience in the Technical Training domain / function with strong exposure in following aspects of the job role

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or related fields
- Additional qualification / certification in learning and development domain preferred
- 10 to 12 years of experience in the Technical Training domain / function with strong exposure in following aspects of the job role
- developing and delivering business and/or technical training programs and curricula, including strong experience with virtual delivery
- strong communication skills and extensive experience working with technical subject matter experts
- familiarity with basic mechanical and/or industrial controls (PLC) engineering concepts
- excellent organization and project management skills
- exceptional English speaking and writing skills
- ability to build engaging courses and develop interactive activities that enable learners to apply what they’ve learned
- ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and industry standards
- ability to balance and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environment
- ability to creatively apply current learning practices to development.
