Job Description
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
- Analyze, design, code, test and implement application enhancements and provide product support by meeting defined scope, timeline
- Debug code to locate reported bugs and issues
- Maintain high standard and follow best practices by re-factor existing code to enhance readability, performance and general structure
- Create POC to demonstrate capabilities and implementation options
- Provide Level 3 support for application issues raised that need to be debugged at a code level
- Collaborate with Customers, Business Analysts, Partners and IT Team Members to understand business requirements and design quality technical solutions.
- Provide innovative solutions to business needs.
- Provide required technical support, including release implementations.
- Communicate project status with stakeholders and conduct/assist technical walkthroughs • Work with development need on need basis.
Skills & Qualification
• Experience in Pega PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting etc.
• Should have CSSA certification.
• Should have hands on experience in design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 8.
• Understanding of PRPC flows, decisions and rules
• Ability to monitor logs to ensure health of PRPC applications, monitor and leverage PRPC tools to diagnose and analyze performance issues.
• Good experience in trouble shooting Pega applications logs
• Experience in adopting pega applications with CICD tools
• Experience in Pega Open Span (RPA) , Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM) – will be a plus
• Knowledgeable in Performance Tuning and Deployment process
• Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks
