Job Description
Techno-Functional “PMO + Support” Hybrid Role for BFL EMI Card Transaction Approval System.
Education & Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Graduation in computers / IT.
- Work Experience: Experience of 1 – 3 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leads the requirements/projects from originating the requirement to its delivery i.e.
- Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements
- Understand and identify areas of improvement across businesses and participate in solution identification and implementation
- Executed project management functions for technology implementation and upgrades.
- Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation.
- Level-02 support for Production issues and coordinating with Business and 3rd Party System owner.
- Creating Reports using SQL.
- Vendor management.
Skills & Qualification
- Must be ready for Production Support activities.
- Well versed with API’s and have basics of SQL.
- Well versed with Software and Defect management cycle.
- Good in Solutioning and documentation.
- Must have experience in creating Techno-Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation with Team management skills.
