Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Software Engineer with 0.6 months to 1.5 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. As an integral member of the engineering team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions that drive Alteryx’s mission to democratize data analytics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and stay competitive.
Skills & Qualification
- You’re a passionate programmer, skilled in frontend development using technologies like React, Redux, Jest, and Material UI.
- You have familiarity with TypeScript or another strongly-typed language, and are motivated to learn TypeScript deeply.
- You have some experience with tools like Docker & Gitlab CI/CD and build systems such as Webpack & Babel.
- You enjoy participating in code reviews and software design.
- You’re passionate about building great experiences that delight customers, and are self-motivated to get it done.
- You’ve got experience with automated testing, and want to learn more.
- You’re a great collaborator, and a lifelong learner.
