Job Description

We are seeking an adventurous individual to join the SL Engineering Team within Global Securities Lending; one of the world’s top Lending Agents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in programming in React, TypeScript.
- Strong programming skills with 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coding: Primary focus on actively coding and designing for our next-generation high-velocity, scalable trading, electronic trading, and analytics platforms.
- Team collaboration: collaborate with team members across multiple offices globally, including Gurgaon, Budapest, London, New York, San Francisco, and Hong Kong.
- Mentoring: Mentor team members to enhance their skills in architecture, standards development, and best practices.
- Enhancement, debugging, support, maintenance, and testing: Enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that support the business.
Qualification
- Strong programming skills with 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot
- Experience on Web service and API protocols (REST)
- 3-6 years of experience in programming in React, TypeScript
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Commitment to write high-quality code
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery automation for containerized services
- Bachelors or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Strong interest in learning finance
